On behalf of Helensburgh Rugby Football Club (HRFC), thank you for taking an interest in sponsoring your local rugby club for this upcoming season and thereafter.

Here at HRFC we are currently looking for new sponsorship for the upcoming season and beyond. HRFC are a proud local community rugby club who offer vibrant and inclusive rugby to all genders, ages and abilities. Our aim is to be the club of choice within our local community building a strong grass roots rugby club.

HRFC alongside Loch Lomond RFC and Lomond School are proud to offer a wide variety of rugby throughout the club from our newly formed “Bear Cubs”, bringing rugby to all under 4s, through our strong Minis Rugby Section (Up to Primary 7); Youth Rugby Sections (S1, S2, Under 15s, Under 16s and Under 18s) and then into senior rugby with our newly reformed Women’s Section and Men’s 2XV, whilst continue to build on our Men’s 1XV team. We also offer a wide variety of non-contact rugby through our summer touch rugby, tartan touch and walking rugby programmes.

As a club we aim to promote a strong team ethos through all our sections, supporting all players, parents and members throughout their time at the club and beyond.

This upcoming season will be an exciting year for the club building on our youth, women’s and men’s 2XV sections whilst also continuing to provide fully inclusive rugby throughout our local community. This season sees the 1XV promoted into the West Division 2 which takes the team all over Scotland through league and cup fixtures.

Below details various sponsorship packages and options which are available at the club for all sections, all sponsorship allows HRFC to maintain its vision and provide equipment for all sections. Sponsorship Packages

Gold Sponsorship Package
(Available for all club teams)
As main playing shirt sponsors your business logo will be on the front of your chosen teams playing shirt as a sole front sponsor. Additional benefits included are highlighted under the silver packages (Excluding playing shirt back logo placement).

Silver Sponsorship Package
(Only Available for 1XV Men’s and Women’s Teams)
As playing shirt back sponsor your business logo will be on the back of the playing shirt (This can be exclusive to only your company logo on the back for an additional fee, otherwise your logo may be alongside other business logos).

Your business logo will be associated with a player throughout the season (As part of a player sponsorship) and included on all social media posts relating to games.

Your business advertising board will be on display throughout the rugby season on the 1XV pitch for all visitors and members to see.
(There is an additional fee for HRFC to manufacture the advertising board)

Bronze Sponsorship Package
(Only Available for 1XV Men’s and Women’s Teams)
As playing shirt sleeve sponsor your business logo will be on one of the sleeves of the playing shirt (This can be exclusive to only your company logo on one sleeve for an additional fee, otherwise your logo may be alongside one other business logo).

All sponsorship packages include advertising your company logo on the Helensburgh Rugby Club Website and 1XV Game Sponsorship Banner displayed at all home games.

Your logo, website and social media links will be displayed on all rugby club game and event posters, programs, mainstream social media club posts and news articles, relating to your chosen team.

You will also receive an invitation to sponsorship events held throughout the season where you can network with other businesses and community leaders who share your passion for supporting local organisations.

You will receive two social named memberships for the rugby club to receive full benefits of members within our club and local community.

You will receive two free tickets to club ticketed events and the annual end of season celebration for your chosen team.

Club members and visitors will be encouraged to associate with your business.

Advertising Board £250 (One Season)
(There is an additional fee for HRFC to manufacture the advertising board)

Your business advertising board will be on display throughout the rugby season on the 1XV pitch for all visitors and members to see.

Your logo will be displayed on 1XV Game Sponsorship Banner displayed at all home games and the club website.

Coach or Player Sponsor £150
(One Season)

As coach or player sponsor you will sponsor your chosen Team Coach or Senior Men’s/Women’s player.
(Only Coach Sponsorship is available for Under 18 Teams and Below)

Your business logo will be associated with the coach or player throughout the season and included on all social media posts relating to games.

Your logo will be displayed on 1XV Game Sponsorship Banner displayed at all home games.

Travel/Bus Sponsorship £300
(One Away Game)

At times the teams require to travel long distances to play games, to ensure we maximise player opportunities at times the club needs some help to fund travel if that is by car, bus or ferry. This allows the club to concentrate funds on providing further opportunities for players.

Your sponsorship will see your business logo on all selected game social media advertising and associated post game articles in local news.

Game Sponsor £100
(One Home Game)

As game (Includes Ball) sponsor your sponsorship will see your business logo on all selected game social media advertising and associated post game articles in local news.

Game Ball Sponsor £40
(One Home Game)

As ball sponsor your business logo on all selected game social media advertising and associated post game articles in local news.

All sponsorship options include advertising your company logo on the Helensburgh Rugby Club Website on your associated team section (Excludes Ball and Game sponsorship)

You will receive an invitation to sponsorship events held throughout the season where you can network with other businesses and community leaders who share your passion for supporting local organisations.

Club members and visitors will be encouraged to associate with your business.

All sponsorship agreements are pending availability of packages for your selected sections.
