3. Plan on a Page
The rugby committee are dedicated to continuously improving the club in all aspects throughout all sections, with the clubs statement of intent:
"To encourage, promote and develop rugby; through being a vibrant, ambitious and inclusive Rugby Club providing opportunities for everyone of all age groups, genders and abilities. In order to be the club of choice throughout the local community."
In conjunction with the SRU and post members survey the Club Development Plan on a Page has been compiled to show members what the committee is focusing on. The Plan on a Page concentrates on four main areas:
- Expanding Playing Opportunities and Pathways
- Develop People and Volunteers
- Deliver Quality Rugby Experiences for All
- Well Governed and Safe Rugby Environment
The plan on a page is a vast document which covers the progress of the club development over a timed period. This document remains live and will be updated and reviewed as required.
As always we appreciate members contributions to help the club develop. As such if you can assist with any of the areas on the plan on page please let us know.
Following the plan on a page, the committee will concentrate on a handful of areas at a time through the Plan to Achieve documents which will be added and amended as required.
